We focus on hand tools built for fence repair and yard work — pliers sets, pruning tools, tree trimmers, hand weeders, and related gear, all chosen against the same standards we used outfitting our own fence installation crews.

Where are you located?

We're based in Shreveport, Louisiana, at 470 Fortson St.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time — we currently ship within the United States only.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then typically arrive within 5–6 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on orders of $50 or more. Orders below that threshold ship for a flat rate at checkout.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original condition, with no restocking fees. We cover return shipping on damaged or incorrect items; the customer covers return shipping for preference-based returns.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — email us at contact@tandmfence.com with your order number and we'll help arrange a replacement, based on current stock.
