Processing Times

Once your order comes through, our team gets it pulled, checked, and packed — most orders leave our hands within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Cut-off time is 6 PM.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Windows

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the carrier best suited to get your order to you reliably. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, standard delivery typically takes 5–6 business days. Therefore, most orders arrive within approximately 6–8 business days after the order is placed. A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent as soon as your label is generated.

Where We Ship

At this time, T & M Fence Co ships within the United States only. As our online catalog grows, expanding shipping availability is something we're considering — for now, our focus is on doing domestic shipping reliably and well.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $50 or more ship free, automatically applied at checkout — no code required. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate of $10.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, check with neighbors or a building's front desk first, since carriers occasionally misdeliver — if it's still missing after 48 hours, reach out and we'll help track it down with the carrier.

Delays and Exceptions

Severe weather, high-volume periods, and carrier-side disruptions can occasionally extend delivery beyond our typical estimate. We'll communicate known delays as soon as we're aware of them.
