Refund policy

Our Return Window

We want you to be confident in every tool you buy from us, so you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. We don't charge restocking fees on any return — the refund you see reflects the full item price, minus return shipping only where applicable.

What Qualifies for Return

Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging where applicable. Because tools are meant to be tested on the job, we recommend inspecting an item carefully before first use to confirm it's the right fit for your project.

Who Covers Return Shipping

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return shipping cost — that's on us to make right. For returns due to preference or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We recommend a trackable shipping method, since a refund or exchange can't be issued for a return that doesn't reach us.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@tandmfence.com with your order number and the reason for return, and our team will guide you through next steps. We aim to respond to return requests within one business day.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days after processing, though your bank or card issuer's own timeline may add a few extra days.

Exchanges

Need a different item or size instead of a refund? Let us know when you reach out — we'll do our best to get the replacement shipped quickly, based on current stock.

Final Sale Items

Certain clearance or discontinued items may be marked final sale at checkout. These will be clearly labeled on the product page and aren't eligible for return or exchange.
